Service terms

Terms of Service

These terms describe the general conditions for using this website and requesting or receiving tree services from Branching Out Tree Service. A signed agreement, work order, or invoice may provide additional job-specific terms.

Effective date: July 11, 2026

Acceptance of terms

By using this website, submitting a quote request, scheduling work, or accepting services from Branching Out Tree Service, you agree to these general terms. If a written service agreement conflicts with a general website statement, the signed job-specific agreement controls.

Services

Branching Out Tree Service provides tree removal, emergency tree service, storm cleanup, trimming and pruning, stump grinding, plant health care, tree injections, land clearing, and commercial or HOA tree service. All work depends on actual site conditions, safety requirements, weather, equipment access, utility conditions, and the agreed scope.

Quotes and scope

  • A quote is based on the information available and the visible conditions reviewed at the time.
  • Hidden conditions, changed access, additional hazards, undisclosed underground items, weather damage, or requested scope changes may require a revised quote or written change authorization.
  • A quote is not a guarantee that a tree can be safely removed without conditions, exclusions, or additional equipment requirements.
  • The online quote form is provided through Jobber; submitting a request does not by itself create a contract or guarantee a schedule.

Scheduling and weather

Scheduling depends on crew availability, equipment, access, urgency, permits when applicable, and weather. Wind, lightning, ice, saturated ground, unsafe conditions, or other conditions may require a delay or reschedule. We will communicate material schedule changes as reasonably practicable.

Property access and customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the work area, securing pets and children, moving vehicles or personal property when requested, identifying irrigation and private underground systems, communicating gate or access restrictions, and notifying us of known hazards or special conditions.

Branching Out Tree Service is not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed, unmarked, or inaccurately located underground systems or by conditions that could not reasonably be identified before work began.

Emergency work and safety

Emergency tree work is prioritized around immediate hazards, blocked access, structures, and available equipment. Keep people away from unstable trees, hanging limbs, damaged structures, and debris. Downed or damaged electrical lines must be handled by the utility company before tree work proceeds. We may decline or pause work when conditions are unsafe.

Payments and financing

Payment terms are stated in the applicable invoice, proposal, or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due according to the invoice terms. Financing, when available, is offered by a third-party provider and is subject to that provider’s approval, disclosures, and terms.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Customers should request cancellation or rescheduling as early as possible. A cancellation or change after crews, equipment, subcontractors, or disposal arrangements have been committed may result in charges described in the applicable agreement or invoice.

Cleanup and completion

Cleanup is performed according to the agreed scope and the access, debris, hauling, chipping, and surface conditions at the property. Stump grinding, hauling, firewood processing, grading, landscaping, and restoration are included only when listed in the quote or agreement.

Third-party services and links

This site may link to or use third-party services such as Jobber, payment or financing providers, YouTube, and review platforms. Branching Out Tree Service is not responsible for the independent content, security, availability, or policies of those third-party services.

Website content

Website content, photos, articles, videos, and answers are provided for general information. They do not replace a property-specific assessment and may not reflect every current job condition or service limitation. Unauthorized copying or commercial reuse of site content is prohibited.

Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Branching Out Tree Service is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the website or services, except where liability cannot legally be limited. Nothing in these terms waives rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
